Primarily this was a holiday however I took the opportunity to gather information relating to building permits for our plot in Pomáz - we got some bad news. Our plot is in an area that is zoned as 'Agricultural use only' and as such has certain building restrictions applied. Simply put we ARE allowed to build on this plot however the finished structure must be only 3% of the total plot area and no higher than 3.5m.
